When will I receive my statement?

You should receive your statement approximately 2 weeks prior to each monthly due date.

Can I have monthly payments automatically deducted from my bank account?

Yes. Simply complete an FRF Auto Pay Authorization Agreement. You can download the form online. Learn more about FRF Auto Pay.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, you can pay online, free of charge with your checking or savings account information. Pay my bill online.

Where should I mail my payment?

Send your payment to the address on the payment coupon from your statement. You can also find your payment address online.

Are there late payment fees?

If a payment is received more than 10 days after the due date, a late charge may be assessed to your account. Refer to your contract for specific information regarding late charges.

What if a check is returned for insufficient funds?

FreedomRoad will notify you by phone that your payment has not been processed. You will be responsible for your payment and any additional resulting charges as permitted by law.

What happens if my scheduled FRF automatic payment is returned for insufficient funds?

What is the difference between FRF Auto Pay and FRF Online Payment?

FRF Auto Pay is a simple, convenient way to ensure your regular monthly payment is on time every month. Once you have enrolled in FRF Auto Pay, your payment is automatically deducted from your bank account each month.

FRF Online Payment is a fast and easy way to make a single payment or to set up your own recurring payment plan that you can manage.

Do I have to cancel FRF Auto Pay or Recurring Payment Schedule when my financing contract is finished?

FRF Auto Pay service will discontinue automatically when your balance is paid in full. Please note: If you set up your account on recurring payments on the payment portal you will need to log in and cancel the scheduled future payments.

Account Changes

How do I change the due date on my account?

A Loan Due Date Change Agreement must be completed and sent to FRF for approval. The due date may be moved up to 10 days forward and may only be changed twice during the life of the loan. Certain restrictions may apply.

What if I move to another state?

If you move to another state, you must re-register your vehicle and forward a copy of the registration card to FreedomRoad Financial within 30 days.

How do I re-register my vehicle?

Contact the Department of Motor Vehicles in your state for the necessary documentation needed for re-registration.

How do I change the address or telephone number on my account?

You can do this online, mail a written request to FreedomRoad Financial, or complete the change form on the back of your statement.

How do I change my name on my account?

Provide legal documentation of the name change to FreedomRoad Financial Customer Service.

If I make changes to my FreedomRoad Financial account online, when will the information be updated?

The information will be updated in your account within two to three business days. Once this request is processed it will be reflected on your next monthly statement.

Is there a charge for using FRF Auto Pay?

No, this convenient service is offered free of charge to FreedomRoad Financial customers.

Once I sign up for FRF Auto Pay, how soon will my payments be deducted?

Your payment will be automatically deducted each month on your regular due date. Please note that it can take several days to complete the authorization process, so be sure to continue making your regular payment until this process is complete.

What happens if my payment deduction date falls on a non-business day?

It will occur on the next business day.

Can I change my bank information once I've set up FRF Auto Pay?

Yes, to do this please contact your FRF Customer Service Center at 1-866-455-ROAD (7623) to obtain a new FRF Auto-Pay enrollment form. Complete and return the form to the FRF Customer Service Center. Be sure to allow at least 14 days prior to your next payment due date for the change to be effective.

Can I discontinue Auto Pay?

Yes, you are free to discontinue FRF Auto-Pay at any time. All you need to do is send a signed letter to your FRF Customer Service Center. FRF Auto-Pay will be discontinued in approximately 5-7 business days after receipt of your request. There is no need to discontinue FRF Auto-Pay when your account pays out as scheduled in your contract since the withdrawals will discontinue automatically.

When I make a FRF Online Payment, how soon will it be deducted from my bank account?

All online payment requests submitted prior to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time on a business day will be applied to your loan account on the current business day. All online payment requests submitted after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time are applied the next business day to your loan account. The payments should be debited from your depository account within two business days from the date of submission.

Can I cancel a FRF Online Payment?

Once a FRF Online Payment has been submitted it may not be cancelled.

Can I choose a different payment amount for FRF Online Payment?

You may only pay a non-zero amount equal to or greater than $1.00 and/or less than your payoff amount.


How can I get a payoff quote?

You can log into your account and select Account Info from the drop down listed next to your loan account. Please note: it will give you your payoff for today, so if you are mailing in your payoff, please add 10 days of interest to account for mailing time. Or you can call us at 1-866-455-7623.

After I have paid my account in full, when will I receive my title?

If there is no outstanding balance on your account, the title will be mailed 14 days after the final payment.

How can I extend my loan?

FRF will allow a customer to extend or defer one payment during a calendar year. Your loan cannot be delinquent and six consecutive payments are required between extensions. A Defer a Payment Request Form must be submitted for review. Approval is required and certain restrictions do apply.
